Terms of Use

You may use Consilens to ask questions, compare reasoning, review documents or images where supported, and inspect model disagreement. You agree not to use Consilens to break the law, violate someone else's rights, abuse the service, or bypass usage and safety limits.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, and information you submit. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it.

Consilens generates AI-assisted answers. Output may be incomplete, mistaken, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Model disagreement and citations are provided to improve judgment, not to guarantee truth.

For medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions, use Consilens as an informational aid and consult a qualified professional.

Some features require an account or paid plan. Paid access may be handled through Stripe, Apple, or another supported billing provider. Prices, features, and limits may change before or after launch.

Subscriptions are managed through the provider that processed the purchase. If you subscribed through Apple, manage cancellation and restore purchases through Apple. If you subscribed through Stripe, use the Consilens billing portal when available.

Consilens enforces model-call, timeout, fair-use, entitlement, and spend limits. We may pause, downgrade, or refuse requests to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or the business from runaway cost or abuse.

We may update model routing, providers, pricing, usage caps, and product behavior as the system improves.

Consilens is in active development. Features may be experimental, unavailable, delayed, or changed. We may suspend access if needed for safety, security, compliance, billing, or operational reasons.

These terms are a launch baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before broad public release.
